Does the Bastard, or one of the accessories, have damage and/or a defect, and are you unsure whether this is covered by the warranty? Of course, we are happy to help out!

However, we will never comment on this by phone. This is because we need photos of the defect/damage + a copy of your purchase receipt for proper assessment. You can submit a service request for this, and we will reply by e-mail. Please note, a copy of a debit card transaction does not serve as proof of warranty.
