If you have placed an order, but are not completely satisfied with it after receipt, you have the option to return it. This is only possible if the items are in the original packaging and undamaged.
Return order:
You have 14 days after receiving your product to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs if it concerns a production error or damage. Only the return costs are for your own account. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of receipt of your return.
Please note, you are responsible for the costs of returning and returning it in good condition. Some items, such as kamados, pizza stones, plate setters and cast iron products are vulnerable during transport. We will only refund the amount paid for undamaged items.
Cancel order:
If you make use of your right of withdrawal (cancelling your order before delivery has taken place), the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging, crediting the shipping costs. will expire. To exercise this right, you can contact us via the contact form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Exchange order:
Do you want to exchange an item? Then return your order. You can then order the correct item yourself via the website.
Return procedure:
Print out the return form, fill it in and include it with your return. The return address is stated on the form. Then take your package to a Postal Agency and save the shipping code. After we have received the package, we will process and credit it as soon as possible (maximum within 14 days).
