Returns

Unfortunately it is not possible to deliver orders outside the Netherlands.

It is possible that you are not completely satisfied with your order. You therefore have 14 days after delivery to return it. This is only possible if the items are in the original packaging and are undamaged. Did you receive a damaged product? You can indicate this in the form and we will be happy to help you find a suitable solution.

Returning an order (with the exception of pallet deliveries):

Was your order delivered by a regular parcel service? Then you can return it yourself with a parcel service of your choice. The return costs are at your own expense and the return is at your own risk. We therefore recommend that you keep the proof of delivery. If you return the entire order, we will refund the purchase amount including shipping costs. The amount will be in your account within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return in our distribution center.

Before you return the package, you must register it. You will then receive a return form within 2 working days that you must include with the return shipment.

Please note that some items such as pizza stones, plate setters and cast iron products are vulnerable during transport. We will only refund the purchase price for undamaged items.

Returning a kamado or other BBQ:

If you want to return a kamado or other BBQ (or have damage), you can register it for return via this form. The costs for returning a pallet delivery are € 39.95

After registering the return, we will contact you to schedule a pick-up appointment. You will also receive a return form from us now, which you must include with the return shipment.

Cancelling an order:

Our order system is an automated process. If you want to cancel your order, it is best to contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop the delivery. If the delivery has already started, you may refuse the products at the door. In that case, we also ask you to report this.

Exchange order:

Do you want to exchange an item? Then return your order. You can then order the correct item yourself via the website.
